I'm AnaMarie — an advanced nurse and longevity strategist specializing in human optimization. In 2021, I was a critical care nurse through the worst of COVID — holding it together for everyone around me while my own body started breaking down. An autoimmune condition hit. I was training, eating clean, showing up. Nothing was working.
